Gallery Opening: The New Dark Age
Dave Smith is a photographer and creative director who has been deeply embedded in the North Shore mountain bike culture for many years. He brings his project, ‘The New Dark Age,’ to Gibsons to celebrate those rainy dark days that beckon us out onto the trails. All sales from this show will be donated to the Coast Mountain Bike Trail Association (CMBTA).
Creative Social
Join us on the second Thursday of each month for our Creative Social. Any and all kinds of creative pursuits are welcome, as long as they fit on our table! This is a free event with some drinks available for purchase. Please RSVP, as we have limited space.
Botanical Ink Drawing
In this workshop, we’ll explore the fundamentals of drawing botanicals. Through a series of exercises, we’ll discover how to create value, shapes, textures, light & shadow with ink. We’ll practice drawing different petals and leaves and then apply everything that we’ve learned to draw a beautiful floral wreath. Join us for a fun, creative afternoon!
$65. You can purchase tickets here.
